Careers

Build a career. And an ecosystem.

We train, mentor and connect Central African talent, then put it to work on real products. Help us do it, from Bangui or anywhere.

Why IKOUĒ

Work that compounds.

Most jobs move one product forward. Here, every project also trains a developer, mentors a founder, or opens a door for someone back home. You work close to the people you serve, in small teams that own their decisions, with the autonomy to ship and the support to grow. If you want your craft to matter beyond the codebase, this is where it lands.
How we work

Four things we hold to.

Ownership

You run your work end to end, from the first sketch to what users actually touch.

Mentorship

Everyone teaches and everyone learns. Lifting the person next to you is part of the job.

Proximity

We stay close to the ground in Central Africa, so the work answers real needs, not assumptions.

Craft

We sweat the details. Good enough is the starting point, not the finish line.

Life at IKOUĒ

Remote-friendly. Rooted in the region.

We are a distributed team with a home base in Bangui and people across the diaspora. We work async, meet with intent, and judge each other on outcomes, not hours at a desk.

Work from where you are

Bangui, Lisbon, or your own city. What matters is the work and the people you do it with.

Real responsibility, early

Small teams mean your decisions ship. You own outcomes most places would make you wait years for.

Grow on the job

Mentorship, peer review and access to every part of the business, so you keep getting better.

Bangui Our home base and training hub in the Central African Republic.
Lisbon Our European base, close to partners and the diaspora.
Remote Wherever you do your best work, on a schedule that fits your life.
