Whatever its form, an IKOUĒ Center rests on three simple conditions, designed so nothing stands between young people and the urge to learn and build.

    Computers powerful enough to run the development, design and production tools that real projects demand.

    Stable, fast connectivity, the baseline for learning, collaborating and shipping without friction.

    A workspace accessible day and night, so everyone can move at their own pace, free of fixed hours.

Form 01 · The Space

The talent's permanent home.

  • The need: In the country's main cities the talent is there, but continuous access to capable machines and high-speed internet is not. Without a reliable place, ideas never become projects.

  • What we build: A permanent space, open 24/7, equipped with capable computers and high-speed internet, in the heart of the country's main cities.

  • Why it lasts: The space becomes a durable landmark. A community forms around it, promotions follow one another, and each cohort strengthens the next.

  • What investment funds: The fit-out, equipment and operational kick-start of a first pilot space, designed to be replicated city by city.

Form 02 · The Container

The center that moves.

  • The need: Across the country the need for digital access is immediate, yet few cities have a building ready to host a center, and waiting for construction costs years.

  • What we build: An equipped, self-sufficient container module, solar-powered, delivered ready to use with computers and high-speed internet. Installed in weeks, not years.

  • Why it's agile: The container follows demand: set it up where the need emerges, redeploy it when it shifts. Low fixed cost, no real-estate commitment, expansion at low risk.

  • What investment funds: The build and equipment of a first pilot container: module, solar, connectivity and transport. A replicable unit, fundable one at a time.

Form 03 · The Bus

Digital, all the way to the last village.

  • The need: Talent and ambition exist far from the big cities too. But for entire communities, distance cuts off all access to digital: they simply cannot travel to a center.

  • What we build: A mobile workshop: a bus equipped with computers and self-sufficient connectivity, solar and satellite, that travels the territories and brings the center directly to the community.

  • Why it's powerful: The bus turns distance into a route. It reaches communities no fixed site could, makes IKOUĒ known, and reveals the demand that later justifies a container or a permanent space.

  • What investment funds: The fit-out of a first pilot bus: vehicle, equipment, power and connectivity. A single mobile unit that covers many communities on its own.

This rollout is not a ready service yet. It is an ambition we want to build methodically, starting on the ground and scaling from there.

  1. Prototype

    Test the three formats on the ground, in real conditions, to validate what truly meets the need.

  2. Measure

    Assess the impact of each prototype: attendance, completed projects, opportunities created for young people.

  3. Replicate

    Reproduce what works and weave a network of centers across the country, then beyond.
